SPY KIDS: All The Time in the World 3D

"Time is free, but its priceless. You can't own it, but you can use it. You can't keep it, but you can spend it. Once you've lost it, you can never get it back." -Harvey MacKay

Spy Kids: All The Time in the World is a family oriented movie that speaks about valuing time with our loved ones. All of us are busy with our career, hobbies and mere daydreaming that we have lesser time to spend with our family and friends. What will happen if literally time runs out fast?

Marissa (Jessica Alba) decides to retire as a spy of OSS (Organization of Super Spies) after giving birth to her daughter to Wilbur (Joel McHale) so she can focus on her family more. Though they have been a family for two years now, Marissa still finds it hard to be close to her step kids, Rebecca and Cecil (Rowan Blanchard and Mason Cook, respectively).

Tick Tock (Marissa's last mission before retiring) goes back with Time Keeper (Jeremy Piven) and is ready to destroy the world by making time run fast, literally. With this, she was called back to OSS to finish them all. She was joined by her step kids in repelling Tick Tock and Time Keeper.

Written (screenplay) and directed by Robert Rodriguez, this action pact movie can be viewed in 3D showing nationwide starting today, September 14!

Wedding Tayo, Wedding Hindi PressCon with Toni Gonzaga and Zanjoe Marudo

STAR CINEMA's latest comedy offering WEDDING TAYO, WEDDING HINDI portrays two contrasting roles of couples - one wants to get married and the other wants to get out of it.

Starring in this upcoming movie are two of the most comedic love teams, Toni Gonzaga and Zanjoe Marudo

Toni Gonzaga plays Belay, an excited OFW bride-to be to Zanjoe Marudo (Oca). Belay is a simple, innocent and stereotype promdi girl (a term for a girl who came from the province) at the beginning of the story. Belay is a grade school teacher and Oca teaches high school students. Belay dips her hand as a Japayuki (entertainer in Japan) transforming her into a boisterous and skimpy girl, a far cry from her promdi image. With Belay's new persona, will Oca, her finacĂ©, still accept her and can he still live up to her whims on the wedding plans thinking his mother is a conservative catholic?

Toni and Zanjoe displayed good chemistry last night in their mini presscon. Since both of them are in a relationship status with their partners in real life, they were asked what would be their dream wedding.

Zanjoe Marudo's answer was really kilig-to-the-bones and heart-melting, he said "Kung ano ang dream wedding ng mapapangasawa ko, yun na din ang dream wedding ko."

Toni Gonzaga on the other hand shared another sweet and very touching answer, it is something like, 'Basta yung pinapangarap kong mapangasawa ang mapapangasawa ko, dream wedding na yun.'

With them is the award-winning comedy actress Eugene Domingo and the handsome hunk, Wendell Ramos. Directed by Jose Javier Reyes under Star Cinema and Octoarts Films.

'Wedding Tayo Wedding Hindi' opens on August 31 over 100 cinemas nationwide!

The Wizard Takes Down the Dark Knight with a whopping $168.6 M

Pretty much sure the fans of the 'boy who lived' quelled the 'dark knight' and a couple of pirates by setting a whopping sales record  both in international and local box office.

"This will be the biggest 'Harry Potter' by far, a billion dollars is definitely going to happen" according to Dan Fellman, head of domestic distribution of Warner Bros.

Warner Bros. estimates Harry Potter 7 Part 2 earned on its opening day $168.6M  in the US from Friday to Sunday. It overpowered 2008's Batman blockbuster "The Dark Knight".

Internationally, the film gained more $307 M in 59 countries since Wednesday. This defeated the previous best international debut of $206.4 M by Disney's "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides."

Worldwide, the last installment of Harry Potter topped $475 M, making it the franchise's first billion-dollar worldwide hit.

The Glamorous (Double) Life of Isabel Bookbinder by Holly McQueen

Now I can say “Don’t judge a book by its cover” because one of the reasons why I bought this book is its cute book cover. Yes dear, I am guilty of looking for a good book cover and a catchy title in purchasing books in thrift shops. (Who doesn't by the way?) I was also deceived by its shiny sparkling stars and the fancy font used in this book. Oh and by the moment I saw that blue-green cover, I instantly grabbed it and did not think twice in buying this book.
